hi,
i am an img and unlike everyone here i have no intentions of taking stepsand practice as a physician here.Although as i am in usa and a citizen i want to do a decent job and have a nice career.i am even ready to study to if i have to. so can someone guide me about what other options and careers are there for someone like me. (P.S: i do not want to become a medical asst or a nurse)

be a lifeguard, kidding - try get a diploma in computers maybe u can work for hospitals as a physician but on the computer side, or volunteer as u have completed med school will have lot of options ............
