C5. Anytime you stretch the area between the neck and upper limb (as in fall on shoulder/neck pushing the shoulder down), the uppermost root of the brachial plexus is at risk of being avulsed. For lower roots, stretch between UL and trunk. I had a similar question 2 days back in my step 1.
