now to reply to this dudes post who has some major inferiority complex issues in a befitting way will mean that we would really have to degrade ourselves to a very lowly level. perhaps he does not know that america is a country of immigrants.....barring a native american ,everyone else is an immigrant basically.so what is the issue about doctors from india'? next,he cannot even imagine what goldmine of knowledge india is when it comes to medical training.....PD s are wise people..they realise this. lastly ,to reply to his opinions about the culture and mentality of people from india, lets just say hes an american ,so he is pardoned for being so ignorant about things like culture and considering everyone equal...... all he has is white skin and stars to thank for that he was prolly born in this country ......what we have is a lot more ....killer instinct, great clinical skills, intellgent minds......my fellow internationals are welcome to complete my list....................

lucifer, you are on the list of those med students who forget the reason they join med school....and start cribbing about the competition. if you think that indians spend a lot of time on usmle its their attitude. med education is supposed to make better human beings....well not in your case. how can you be so out right bitter without even realising the amount of contribution imgs make to the field of medicine..be it an indian or chinese. you are wrong about the years that we study to get good scores on usmle. i studied each step for 3 months and got good scores. Many hosp in u.s would close if they stopped imgs from coming. i really feel disgusted at the way you look at doctors knowledge knows no boundaries man. and we are given visitor visas to come here and apply for programs by the consulate....it looks like you dont know much about it either. as far as my personal opinion goes, you really must change your attitude. good day

The most powerful thing that we can do it just ignore Lucifer's posts. Don't reply at all. That's my future plan. Good luck to all.

ppl like Lucifer are jerks are the worst kind, because they do not strive hard themselves and berate others who reach high. I'm an Indian, went to a great med school there, scored well on my usmle's and I definitely dont need to hear the rantings of this self-centred ,insecure jerk. 30% of the physicians in US are Indians... so deal with it loser.

Please don't bother commenting on Lucifer. He has done similar things on other forums. He's from Frisco, Tx. He's probably a recent immigrant. From other forums I understand that he has applied to over 135 programs and has no interviews yet (user name: SOS on usmle.net). He has passed his boards in multiple attempts. Let's just encourage him and wish him good luck. Let's not give him the attention he is seeking to distract himself from his worries. No AMG would normally come to an FMG's forum and write something so awful (that too in poor English). If he claims to an AMG, he is definitely in the minority. They don't have much to complain about since they don't have a problem in getting into a residency. Ok guys, I concur with what BBB says, let us just IGNORE him. That's good for him, and all of us. Please guys... let's not waste any more of our energy on him.
