Dear BBB,
If I turn down a pre-match offer(politely, of course) because I want to take a shot at the Match, will that program's PD not rank me?

My opinion here is just that, my opinion.
If a PD likes you enough to offer you a prematch, shouldn't he be willing to keep you in the match if that's what you want? Why woudn't he?
Just tell the PD (once offered) that you sincerely thank him for the offer, but you would prefer to stay in the match.
