dear BBB,
Is it wise to fix an appointment with program director after interviewing there ,just to ask ...What r the chances Or do they offer prematches and would like to consider you or would they rank highly to you...
Is is advisable to do so or will it affect application status negetively...
Please give me advise......You r like a god for us and u r the only one who can guide us here.

Most PDs won't give a post interview appointment. It's hard to schedule them in. An email would be your best best.
