How is one supposed to treat an anorexic patient who has been brought into the emergency dept., has reached the age of majority and is refusing treatment?
this isn't a question that i have come across.... just thought of it....

u dont treat if the pt. refuses....

1.follow what Patient says & stop the Tx.
2.if possible know the reason behind it & try to alliviate the cause of her refusal.
3.if again no positive response, try Psychiatric consultation.
