hi, i intend to take step3 this year and i have some q regarding it

I have score from Step 1,2ck and i am waiting for step2cs score to be reported: can I start application after i receive step2cs score or i must wait for ECFMG certificate?

I expect step2cs result in mid of November: can i scheadule step3 this year or is not enough time for procedure? ( are they crowded or i will find easy available dates for exam?).

u have to wait for the certificate for applying. but start prep.
