If they ask you to call, it's better to call them. I reply by email.. and if I don't get any confirmation, then I call to check.

What does BBB have to say?nod

I send all my email invites via email and ask that people email me back. A few call to check dates, but I like something from ya'll to prove (to myself) that I am doing the right thing.nod

Good luck

Dear BBB,

sometimes i feel like i should call in person i feel as if it is rude just to email what do you think. email feels as if not that personal.

thank bbb. you are awesome. take carenod

Why would people think that it is rude to communicate via emails? It'a much more effective and less time consuming. You can make an email as personal as you wish.

I've always thought calling is intruding on the coordinator's time, and sending an email would be the more considerate thing to do grin At least the program coordinator can get to it at her own time (maybe also in the order by which they were received).

Sometimes I imagine being in their situation and think it would probably drive me nuts having to answer the phone all the time while trying to get the rest of my work done wink Am I right on the mark, BBB? grin

Was that you who walked by when I was hitting my head against the wall???nod It must have been. Although I heard them chuckling under their breath, too.

The phones are nuts, I've become nuts and vacation isn't until next summer (well, 4 days of camping at Thanksgiving). PD is driving me steadily to a diet of strictly alcohol and baked Lays. But I'll get over it! I always do!
