plz can anyone answer this?
I got my final cs results of usmle on 21st sept.
Its been 3 wks and still no ecfmg certificate
oasis doesnt even show issuing date
i mailed them but no response.
is it normal
do we have to apply for ecfmg certificate?to my knowlege..........no but then i may be wrong

You should check if the "verifications" have been done. I don't think it is normal. You should call ECFMG. I hope you know there have been changes in the verification policies since last year. Now they check your MST too.

from what i understand that the med school transcript and the diploma were verified at 2 times when i gave step 1 and 2.If that is so ,and oasis also confirms their verification dates then why am i not getting my certificate.Correct me if i am wrong but i believe one does not hav to submit additional documents to be certified

If its verified then send them an e-mail and also call up.
It took them 2weeks to update OASIS and courier my cert after I passed when in actual fact they released the ECFMG cert 2 days after passing my exam(not sure why the disparity) and so received my ECFMG 3 weeks after.
