Dear Friends,
It has started creeping in other forums hence I thought I better write it here as well.If you have too many interviews to handle, you're not intending on attending some of your interviews or you can't travel to a certain geographical location due to certain reasons for interviews......Please Cancel the Dates.
There is no point in taking up the dates and not attending the interviews eventually......if you cancel.....it will help another individual instead who will bless you!!!!!One good deed deserves another......by doing the right thing (to cancel dates if you can't/won't)attend may bring you something good foryou in return.Ofcourse this messages may be a too early for some of you who have yet to receive any calls or have a few calls and hoping for more........however in the weeks to come some of you guys may be overwhelmed by the response and so kindly heed this humble request.I am sure BBB agrees with me on this point from the PC's point of view.....it must be frustrating to see some candidates not showing up on the day when the PC/PD has already taken all the effort to invivte them for the interview!Good Luck to ALL......

Oh my goodness!! I so agree and can't stress how important this is! And don't cancel the day before - give a program several days notice to try to fill your interview. Every year we have 20-30 candidates who just don't show up the morning of the interview - or they call that morning.
Please, it's so important!!! If I even just had 48 hours, I could contact someone who we weren't going to interview because they live near the hospital - that could make the difference in their lives!
Can I keep begging for this one? And thank you Malaysian, for bringing up a topic that I was afraid to.

I think if u have too many choose best ones which u feel good or whereever ur likely to match and not attend those PROGRAMMES WHICH YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RANK!!!!.
I sincerely belive that this good deed will be blessed by many in return.

I absolutely agree with you all.
As of now i have received 13 interview invitations and I plan to attend around 10 interviews. I am still waiting responses from some of my top choice programs. Now I feel I need to cancel few of my invitations as soon as I can. This is an impotant desicion to make and I am asking your help. Please all of you people here including BB kindly help me to deside which ones i should consider canceling. Places that i might cancel the interviews are below;
Unity Health System, Rochester, NY
Monmouth Medical Center Program, Long Branch, NJ
Pinnacle Health Hospitals Program, Harrisburg, PA
New Hanover Regional Medical Center Program, Wilmington, NC
Carilion Health System, Roanake, VA
Everybody is welcome here to post their comments on above programs and i deeply appreciate your time and help.

I can't answer that because I don't know those programs (well, another 5 programs where you know I don't work....)

congrats for all the interviews...well i would suggest u to attend at least 12-15 interviews n then rank 10 best out of them..regarding above programs,....hmmmm
u can review them on scutwork n make up ur mind.. i would say u can cancel Carilion and Pinnacle....dont ask me why.....
check ur inbox too.
even im gonna cancel my 2 interviews in bronx too..good luck
