97/99/pass, will be certified in 2 weeks, one month observerhip and 1 LOR from US doctor.
applied to over 40 programs in IM in late september, only 2 calls, 2 rejections, 1 on hold.
So when should I start panicking and start calling the programs.

Late September was only 2 weeks ago. You can start calling, but don't panic.
