I know that surgery , radiology are the most hard residency to get.But which will be the easiest to get.

Remember that my experience in residency is only in Internal Medicine. This is what some of my residents have told me: Easiest - Family Practice, Anesthesiology, Neurology, Peds.
Hardest: All the surgeries, dermatology, ophthalmology.
