if a program says that their deadline for step 3 is 31st of december does this mean i should i have taken this exam by this date or should i hav my result by this date.

Ask the program that is setting that criteria. Sounds like they want your results - but check with them.

when is the latest that your prgramme needs the step3 results, bbb? just to have a idea cause am plannin for post match and may be able to give step3 only in march confused

My program says that we need results for Step 3 for an H1b sponsorship in March.
