Can somebody please tell me the treatment for the various TORCH infections? It would be great if you could also tell how they are diagnosed.

Here's the treatment, diagnosis is usually culture, PCR and serology in all of them. Toxoplasma-mother:first trimester: spiramycin, pyrimethamine and sulfonamide in other trimesters, newborn: pyrimethamine, sulfonamide (leucovorine for side effects Others /syphillis enicillin (if allergic doxycyclin, if pregnant and allergic: desensitisation) Rubella: can't treat so prevent,vaccination Cytomegalovirus: gancicyclovir Herpes: acyclovir
