Do physiostigmine and tubocurarine have multiple uses?

Physiostigmine can be used to increase motility in either the GI tract or the bladder. It can also be used for glaucoma
The only use I could find for tubocurarine is as an adjuvant during surgery to relax skeletal muscles.
