Question #37 in USMLE CD block 3

Could anybody tell me how to get the knowledge of cortisol function in burn patient?

I came up with the article saying that testosterone is more important in loss of nitrogen after severe injury. How does cortisol play a role in loss of nitrogen loss?

oops I forgot.

Testosterone was not in the choice of answers, though.
