if one wishes to join a university hospital and considering the aforementioned senario can that person take step 3 in last week of dec(MEANING RESULT WOULD BE PROBABLY OUT IN LAST WEEK OF JAN) and still not be rejected by university programs giving h1 (bec of the result coming in last week of jan)

i dont think it should be a problem. but some programs have deadlines for step 3.just check them

check the websites of specific programs. they have different deadlines, some want ecfmg certif. ready, some say you should have passed step3 by sep or oct ...
