Hi, I am confused...I have my EAD(work permit) ,does this mean that I need not take step 3 now?Or does one need to have a green card in hand,not to take step 3?If not now,when is the best time to take step 3??Is there any link that explains everything about step 3??The only link that somebody had posted in this forum earlier,does not open up!!!Where can I get some information from??Any advice will be highly appreciated!! -jedi

i dont think u need to give h1 right now. but if u have a doubt bbb can always answer but ui need step 3 only for h1
