Antipsychotics are also a treatment alternative in bpd ,but you are right in this case there is no psychotic symptoms ,so first choice would be ssri 's * Antipsychotics help ideas of reference and brief psychotic symptoms * Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and mood stabilizers help impulse control and moodiness * Benzodiazepines and mood-altering chemicals make things worse :!:
