Dear bbb, thanks alot for helping us out .I am doing my observership at a county hospital.I like it very much.My question is how shud I approach the prog coordinater reg my application.I have told her once that I am doing my observership here and have applied to the prog.She is not v friendly.she usually have a lil frown on her face.I don't want to piss her off.How shud I approach her.I am making sure to attend all grandrounds and morning meeting .My attending very pleased with me.I am an old old grad with scores of 92/227 and 91/225 in step 1 &2. and waiting for my cs result.I ave 3 LOR from US drs other than this observership.I don't need visa.I haven't got a single interview yet.I am getting worried now.I wud love to get in this prog that I am working in.What shud I do.Unfortunately not all pcs nice and helpful like u. .Thanks for ur help.

Are you certain that it's not me???? I usually have a frown on my face . Actually the best thing is to let her know that you know that she is busy, but wanted to make certain that your file was complete.
Ask for a meeting with the program director to discuss your chances.
