I have just started to apply for residency & have few Queries: 1.Do u need to send a Deans letter & also LORs being a graduate and not a student? Are LORs not enough? 2.For IMG friendly programmes is it advisable to buy the Green Residency book or purchase online lists of residency programmes. (OR Is there an alternative way to see what the programme requirements are ?) 3.Once asked to attend interview- can u choose the date ? I am working so need to plan ahead. Can someone please clarify above. Thanks in advance.

hai, You can submit a deans letter if you can get one. Eras saysthat it is not a must. But individual programs may have different openions. Some may say you must have and others may not need them. If you go to eras, they have a list of all the programs, you can apply through the eras. But if you specifically want img friendly programs, you can go to sites like img friendly.com or fmg portal. But they will charge you. I dont have much idea about the green book. You can also go to scut work. com and find students review of programs.
