"Crush the Boards" and "Step 2 Secrets" have basically the same information presented in a different way. I enjoy more the Q&A format of step 2 secrets and also the new edition has more pictures than "Crush ..." As for PreTest I like them and use them to quiz myself after I study a subject but just to see how well I know the material. Don't expect clinical vignettes like the ones in the real Step 2 exam in PreTests. I hope this helps. All the best with your exams.
