Are all steps have the same validity duration or they differ?

Hi: I passed USMLE part I & II on 1996 I was granted the ECFMG certificate on March 1996 Is it valid for life if I repeat the english test(TOEFL) Many thanks

you must pass all steps in 7 years from the date you passed your first step (some states say the date you sat for your first step). If not, you may have to take them all again.
