PCN is penicillin

TVH is total vaginal hysterectomy (TVH also is a ophthalmologic abbreviation for threshold visual field, though I doubt that is what they meant)

A related abbreviation is TAH, or total abdominal hysterectomy.

Who would need "DNR" or "OT" for CS exam?

"DNVI"-- what that suppose to mean? If it is pulse and neuro findings-- they must be described seperately. I would also stay away from "SWOP" and medication abbreviations.
