i don't use a specific method to manage my time-i feel it.it's like an internal clock-you know when you are taking too much time for the question.

Is it true u should always read the last line first? I have a habit of just jumping into the question, and do u guys find that with super long ones u miss a point and have to go back and reread parts of the question...or I am doing something wrong.........sad

yes i read the first question first and then look at the end of the question-but not because they say it's a good idea to do so-i'm just too impatient and when i see that huge question and start reading it-sometimes i get half-way trough it -but then i get soooo bored-so i'm thinking "ok,i got the point, this patient has this-or that,-but what the hell is that they want from me?"-so i jump straight to the last line-read the question and then look for the clues.

i read the first line, then the last line then just a glance at the answes for say 3 seconds and then read the entire question!!!!!!!!

this way i know the chief complain first- SOB, chest pain, ect. then we know what they are askin for- next step or diagnosis. ect. and so helps me focus on the relevant facts of the question.

otherwise i tend to get lost within the questionwink
