I think the ductus venosus is the answer because it connects the umbilical vein and a branch of portal vein.

It should be DV. Ductus venosus is the extension of Umblical Vein kinda bypass to portal supply. So it should have highest O sat. (after UV which isnt mentioned here). Another point is that as we go along the O sat. will decrease in respective chambers.
