hi
i had a query in the profile form on eras i shud apply for h1 or h1b, wats the difference between the two.
also in the caf they have asked my graduation date
now i finished my internship on 31st dec 2003 and i got my degree certificate on april 2004 n my degree certificate has the april 2004 date ,so which one shud i write as my graduation date 31st dec or april 2004 aslo for my step1 application i had written april 2004.
also they have asked that beginning date of the medicine course and when did the course end its again the same thing what do i write for it i finished the course with 1 yr internship on 31st dec and got the degree on april 2004 so what do i write when did my program end?
also for the lors shud i send xerox copies or the originals.

When does your medical school say that you graduated? That's your graduation date.
