It's going to depend on where you are training. Salaries at different hospitals will vary.

lets think that im training in a normal standard hospital in NJ.. monthly salary will be how much u think?

I can't say, I can't even begin to guess. It's enough to live comfortably on.

i think it ranges from 32,000 to 48,000 a year before taxes, so maybe 2000 plus minus per year. it increases some after every year of residency.

to make it a bit clearer for you: increases by about $100 a month in avarage each year. And the vast majority of programs pay avarage of $38,000 a year in the first year and some $41,000 a year in the third year.. However, you'd better review their websites for the exact salaries.
