Also Klebsiella and Proteus mirabilis.Hospitalized patients with catheters have prostatitis involving staphylococci or gram negative pathogens, Pseudomonas in particular. Gram-positive bacteria cause prostatitis, particularly Staphylococcus aureus and enterococci.

Theoretically they do,but most urologists debate about that. Some of them say that you'll never see a case of Chlamydia or Gonoccocus prostatitis. Some say that you will,but it's not amongst the primary causative factors anyways,so for Boards we can hopefully forget them....
