having sent the documents i have an aftermath thought that my deans letter is extreemly inadequate it is only one page containing information of my goldmedals and distinctions ,how regular i was as a student and a few praises, should i replace it?

Your choice completely. PD's know that many Dean's letters from around the world are just letters. Good luck

most med schools outside US do not provide the typical MSPE that US grads get... with all those performance graphs and stuff....if you still want to create something like that for yourself, ask your med school guys if they are willing to do it for you...the format of MSPE is given on the ERAS website. otherwise just relax, and as bbb said- they... are just letters...so everybody (atleast all IMGs) are on the same ground with regard to this...so don't worry..
