USMLE are going to ask for the medical transcripts too from now on.are they going to scrutinize those too?!! or is that just a formality for the ecfmg certification?

sorry , i meant the medical school transcripts ! well i got a letter from the ecfmg along with my scheduling card asking for my transcripts that is the 'marks sheets'.and the letter said ecfmg is going to ask for the transcripts from 2004 !

I understand that the medical transcript is a document that shows subjects you studied at your med school.The content and outline differ from med school to an other.
However does it contain marks and grades obtained?
One more question: Would the application for USMLE be rejected if we dont supply this document before taking the eaxm, or can we send this document even after the exam? I am asking this because this may take a very long time to me to get this paper ready.
