hi
i have cleared step 1 and 2 and failed CS , retaken the CS , result of that will come by end of october.
I have following queries.
if i apply now i am afraid that i wont get more calls as i failed in CS,so i want to apply late in october after my result is out so that i can get more calls based on exam results.
But if i apply late after my result then there are chances that i wont get more calls
as i applied late.
So please tell me what should i do now , either apply now or after my result to get
maximum no. of interview calls.
Other thing is that what should i write in my Common Application Form in STep
2 CS results. i.e. how to mention my CS exam that i have failed once and
retaken,now awating results.or i mention both that i have failed and awaiting result.
plzzzzz advice me asap so that i can follow that advice.

as long as u have ecfmg certificate u shud be fine i donot think that the attempts on cs counts.
but ask around i might be wrong.
u donot need to mention that u have failed i think that comes up in ecfmg ststus report

if you have stellar scores in the steps then go ahead and apply - wld be my suggestion..

Wouldn't worry about failing step 2cs that much. It does appear on the status report. You should reapply for CS as soon as possible if you want to have your ECFMG cert in time for the match.
