Dearest BBB, God bless u for all the help u give relentlessly.
My question is:
When u get an application but no LOR uploaded yet, what do u do with the application? do u put it on hold and get back to it later, or does it get discarded after a certain time? Please help me as i sent my application but no LOR yet though i have assigned them.
by the way, how are applications reviewed? are they printed out? and u open a file for every applicant? then as u get updates how do u attach it to the applicant? Kindly explain it if you possibly can.

Invincible... that's my situation too. But, I got an interview from NY without LORs. BBB has replied earlier saying that each program has their criteria and timeline for looking at LORs.
