in A pathient on dialysis with xyz renal problem. I know we do not change the loading dose, but what do we do with the maintainence dose... Increase it or decrease it.

OKay I got the answer while going thru the formulas:
Maintainence dose=Cp X Cl/F
Cp target plasma conc
Cl is clearance
F is bioavailability.
So when there is decrease in clearance then of course the maintanence dose should be less.
