do we need all results by dec or we need to comp all our exams by dec.

Hi Hazel,
you need to complete atleast step-2 ck by december, for j1,but it is preferable to complete even step-3 by december,as long as your CS results arrive by match time it should be ok,as ecfmg says if u take cs by dec-31 your cs results should be available by match.
But remember applying with more scores will enhance your application status,specially if u have ecfmg certificate ur likely to get more calls.
