Hey everyone, i'm having some problems with my OP, it was sent august 24th but i havent received it yet. My courier service has been having problems with customs and packages are being delivered late. But just today i received a whole bunch of stuff i ordered way after august 24th So i called ECFMG and they said they would send me a replacement, the thing is, that it would be to the same address from where my courier picks up my packages. I asked them about using a courier to send it, and they only use fedex, and they suggested i sign up, so they can bill me close to 60 US to be able to receive the OP. 
So what should i do? Wait until next week (My courier in country said to wait until tuesday which is when they get new mail) should i tell ECFMG to send it to the same address(according to my courier the custom problem has been resolved) or should i just use fedex even though its utterly expensive? Oh very important, my testing period is from october1st until dec. 31st!!  Can anyone shed some light into this matter? I would appreciate it, this is really frustrating and distracts me from cramming! I mean, study!
