HEY,
One of my friends was offered interview at drexel(97/99/certified/step-3 88),and when she wrote back to fix up the interview they said she's not in for interview any more, are these people joking,she up in tears now!!!.
why did they offer the intvw in the first place???
i heard from some that they offerd pre-match last year and turned around to say no later!!
anybody with similar experience?,she's even considering suing them!!.
so dissapointing.

I know that last year Cleveland Clinic(Florida) did the same thing......I've not applied to either of these programs but in the best interest of everyone if anyone has been 'ill-treated' or unfairly please share your expereince for the benefit of others.

drexel supposedly gives an h1. but actually the inhouse policy like henry ford is amg and gcs only or exceptional j1. dont believe me - the guy who lives 2 rooms down me applied with the same 1step score (99, even same 3digit) as i did to henry ford. we both have no clin ex or us lors and my cvs is slightly better than his (although vr both defin trash and i applied 15days before him..
guess whats hes a gc - his appli is under purview. mine was rejected outright for the want of an h1 thats life

well i have got two rejection uptill now and u know both of them from the same kind of program,
i know they are good program, if they have change there policy to amgs only and gc only they should have tell us beforehand, they didn't they just enjoy with our money now hmm thats okies for some but not fro many who already have spend so much money in applying these programs and resarch these programs before hand
2 rejections one from heny ford, and second from drexel

yeah zak ur rite...
but remem in the land of political correctnezz they cant ever tell u to get lost right off the bat on the website... they be nice (for in the words of conrad fischer - america has a high incidence of lawyers) and say v review all applis and dont discrim on basis of gender, drug history, alcoholism, sexual pervertness...
its a long way to the top if u wanna rock and roll....
