Just got email from a hospital.I'll be starting my observership from Monday. For me it is a big step.I am finally entering the med field after a long time(10 yrs).I am soooo excited but also VERRRRRRRY scared and nervous.Any ways bbb or someone else answer my question plz. Is there any way I can tell the programs that I have applied to(4 prog including the one where I got obsrvership),that I am doing an observership.I think it wud be a plus point to consider me for an interview. Can I call these prog coodinators ?or email them?I can even go to see them since they r all in the same town but I don't want to be a pest and offend them during their busiest time of the year .I know I cannot add it to my CAF now. Any suggestions Please?

Especially to the program that you are interviewing at - or stop by and introduce yourself to the coordinator "Hi, I'm Dr. Hamidi and I am currently in the observership program here. Let me know if you need anything else to complete my application" You'll know if it's me because I'll have a smart alec answer and ask for money. Plus you'll recognize the dog's picture.....

Why not? Although if you can update your ERAS application, it will come automatically.

Ohh gush BB, I wish there is a way that i could know that I am interviewing with you. From now on when I interview at my programs i have to ask every simgle PC that ...Do you have a Siberian husky picture on your office wall? ....if you do may i see it? ..then i have to match the one you had it before....... by the way where is you puppy's picture here under your screen name? ......I pray for that i pump into you. Anyway we all truly appreciate your time and valuable advice here. Hats off to you BB for all your kind help!

LOL !!! My little Molly pup being mistaken for a Siberian Huskey!! This little 9-pound dog just thinks that she's a big dog!! She's usually mistaken for a chihuahua ("Is that the Taco Bell dog?") but she's cuter than that! And it's the same picture that's under my name - I have both my little girls in the picture behind me. Take care!
