Apnuestic Breathing :Pauses in the respiratory cycle at full inspiration, caused by damage of the respiratory control centres in the more caudal pons.

Biot's respiration or breathing: Completely irregular breathing pattern, with continually variable rate and depth of breathing; results from lesions in the respiratory centres in the brainstem, extending from the dorsomedial medulla caudally to the obex. (Obex: The point on the midline of the dorsal surface of the medulla oblongata that marks the caudal angle of the rhomboid fossa or fourth ventricle. It corresponds to a small, transverse medullary fold overhanging the calamus scriptorius.)

Hysterical Breathing : Is due to Hyteria which appears almost exclusively in women, in which the emotional and reflex excitability is exaggerated, and the will power correspondingly diminished, so that the patient loses control over the emotions, becomes the victim of imaginary sensations, and often falls into paroxism or fits.

Kussmaul breathing is the rapid, deep, and labored breathing of people who have acidosis. Kussmaul breathing is named for Adolph Kussmaul, the 19th century German doctor who first noted it. It is also called "air hunger".
The cause of Kussmaul breathing is respiratory compensation for a metabolic acidosis, most commonly occurring in diabetics in diabetic ketoacidosis. Blood gases on a patient with Kussmaul breathing will show a low pCO2 because of a forced increased respiratory rate (blowing off the carbon dioxide). The patient feels an urge to breathe deeply, and it appears almost involuntary.
The effect can be reproduced, to a degree, by rapidly breathing in the air in a recently-emptied plastic soft-drink bottle, which will normally contain a substantial amount of carbon dioxide

Cheyne-Stokes breathing has alternate periods of no breathing (apnea) changing smoothly into periods of hyper-breathing, which smoothly change back to no-breathing. Related to CHF.

hahaha. dimag is clear. the thing is it very clear and polished and everything slips out. Nothing stays in there. Reet are you sure, people post the second attempt results as 70%-80%. I literally cried for atleast 40 minutes like a kid for the first time in my life. I finished the qbank with the range of 48%-52% . And I thought what I gonna do. every one get 70 - 80%. I was in depression.
