i m reading kaplan immuno second time-still not understanding a lot of terms,any suggestions and how imp is immuno for exam???????????/like what percentage questions come from immuno

Very important. Very very important. I would suggest you to read the full section of immunology first even if you don't understant it. It happened with me too. I read it atleast 2 - 3 times then only it made any sense to me. Then I read kaplan immunopathology section. Then it made full sense to me. I never studied immunology earlier in med school and I had no idea about it. Lets see exam is equally divided and kaplan also has set their program according to the exam accordingly. 350 questions in the real exam. And kaplan has 7 books. So 50 questions from each book and immunology is half the book so atleast 25 questions for minimum. Don't take this for granted coz I am just guessing. No one predict the actual exam coz it is an adaptive exam. But the best resource to study is Kaplan.

How about mmuno from Levinson?(the lange book)? I do not have kaplan yet but am studiing form Lange and immuno is pretty high yield and very well explained there.Is it enough or should I buy kaplan notes as well? Thanks and good luck.
