A male patient had supraventicular tachycardia, you gave him adenosine but he developed hypotension. Your management:

a] cardio version

b] DC shock

c] pacemaker

d] verapamil

If Adverse signs- Hypotension BP < or = 90mmhg, chest pain , hearfailure, impaired consiuosness, HR > or = 200 BeatsPM then

Syncronised Cardiovesion -100j-200j-360j

Amiodrone 300mg IV over 15 mts then 300 over 1 hr if necessary preferably by central line and repeat cardiversion
