Please advice. 1 case: stumbling in english, and sp did ask me to repeat questions few time, also forgot handwash, short of time, only finish PE, without DX discussion and counseling. Case 2: english better, had to repeat question only once, but also short of time, had to be out while talking about Dx, but probably no other missing thing. Other cases: sp seemed to understand me well, no major missing. But for use, minor mistakes and something forgotten. Patient notes: do not think of any major mistake, but bad handwriting. What do u think my chance to pass cs? Also took cs at LA on August, 20, still waiting. Anybody in same boat? Please advice and join.

On average you can fail up to 2 cases for different reasons and then do a good performance on the other patients and pass the exam... Not to worry if the patient asked you to repeat a question or 2. Is how you handle the overall experience what matters. BTW I took the CS already. Gabriel Ruiz, MD
