Adult ADD is Attention Deficit Disorder exhibited in adults.
Some of the common symptoms include:
Hyperactivity - adults become nervous, impatient, and irritable in sedentary pursuits (desk work, college lectures). Display restless energy by “fidgeting,” driving fast, and battling insomnia.
Impulsiveness - often leading to debt & bankruptcy; poor investments & business ventures; short–lived romances and marriages.
Inattentiveness - characterized by inability to maintain checkbook records; problems keeping jobs; high incidence of traffic accidents and citations.
