Which of the following precautions she should take ?

B. Schedule C section at delivery

anser: D. breast feeding, Csection have not considerably found to decrease any risk of transmission, and ribavirin is a teratogenic drug. NOTE: interferon is beneficial and benefits outweigh risks, it may be given antenatally.

Yeah, you are right, but how about C ? it sounds logical.

i agree with D (itīs the answer given in UW). About C, i donīt know, maybe itīs because itīs not very cost-effective when the patient has a monogamous relationship, i mean, only 1 sexual partner they say the risk of infection is very low, so maybe thatīs the reason. Itīs more necessary and important the D.
