Coolbabe, no interview experience yet. I will be traveling in 4 days for interviews. I was rejected by Emory yesterday too. Maybe we were about to be called, since nobody cancelled their interview our chances went off (480 applications for 9 pgy1 positions? waoo that is outrageous). I am sure we will be fine eventually and lets hope for the best. I am going to start my interviews with the least deserved programs (J1) and will end up with the good ones (RUSH, AEMC, WSU and NWU). When is your interview starting?

Yes AEMC Philly, I think the program is ok according to what i have read from the website and they have a good affiliation to Thomas Jefferson Medical center and most of their Faculty are from there and Temple. When are u interviewing here?

I am in the same situation, I am on WL for first saturday of Jan.... I am worried about the WL of a thing, what happens if they are not able to confirm the interview for that date, do I loose my chance to interview there??? I think I will ask BBB this questions!

i also dont understand how programs invite more people than interview slots.....i mean at all times ,atleast all those invited should have dates at least and then as cancellations happen they can invite more people...........

I would think the same thing too these guys are just weired. I replied the same day I was invited to interview and all the dates they provided were waiting list. I dont just get the point. That should be my last interview if they happen to confirm it. Are you interviewing the same day?
