I wanna ask about the easiest residencies to get in USA , I mean the least competitive specialities. The point is that I am going to choose a residency in my country within few months and I am thinking about Anesthesia , IM , Neurology & Psychiatry. Which one of these is easier to get in USA? I know that it's all relative and differs from a year to another but I am asking in general.

i suggest u dont do a residency in ur home country if possible. just start afresh from usa

All of the data for the residencies that have most IMGs in them are available on the NRMP website (http://www.nrmp.org/res_match/data_tables.html) and in the September issue of JAMA (http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/extract/294/...) .
