I have already applied to programs and most programs have downloaded my application and profileand ecfmg status report aLready. Now today i got my ECFMG CERTIFICATE.I updated my profile but programs had already downloaded my old profile. How to notify programs that i am ecfmg certified? MY adts is not showing any new update on my ecfmg status report. I am sure someone must have info on this.

I beleive u don't have to do any thing.ECFMG wud do that automatically.Guys correct me if I am wrong

 I am also thinking that. But how is the question.Mynew profile would be available for download but what about ecfmg status report? will new report be created?

Yes, the ECFMG will regularly update your USMLE status including ECFMG certification status.

Yes, ECFMG will update the programs automatically at their next download.
