"mr or miss what ever,having discussed ur acute problem i think it is equally pertinent to bring ur routine health maintainance issues uptodate,having said this i would like to bring up the issue of safe sex if thats alright with u.if he agrees then start as

comming to second set of question that is how to counsel a patient of stroke cancer or seizure.
this is quite simple because all of above are ur presumptive diagnosis so in any of these u can go as
from my brief encounter with u my clinical impression is that
u may be having weakness of one side of body because of blockage or bleed from a vessel in part of brain,but in order to be sure i need to do ct scan which is a technology ment to see images of very small section of brain once the results are back ill be in a better position to comment on the current situation.so once i get the results we will discuss the diagnosis and mangement issues.Does that sound good?
for seizures u can start as
mr ......from our breif encounter it seems that u are having involuntary jerking movements now these can have a number of causes ranging from simple to complicated ones.What i am going to do is that i am going to run a few tests including blood test,renal function tests,tests to check ur liver function and ct scan(tell what ct scan is) and once these are back we will meet once again to go over the diagnosis and treatment.Meanwhile i suggest that u donot lock ur washroom do not drive ,avoid heights.
for cancer patient
from my brief encounter i believe that(NOW U CANNOT SAY TO PT THAT U SUSPECT CANCER SO FOR INSTANCE IF IT IS DIFFICULTY IN SWALLOWING AND U ARE SUSPECTING OESOPHAGEAL CA START AS)this difficulty in swallowing could be because of different things ranging from simple to complicated ones.let me do a few test(name the tests)and then ill be in a better position to comment
if he asks do i have cancer ,say
ur condition could be bec of a number of causes and cancer may be one but lets rule out first other causes
for description of colonoscopy
it is a tube with attached camera to see inside of ur large gut.
