hi
my qn is do we have to check for orthostatic hypotension in a case of dizziness
or is it just ok if we tell her that we need to check BP later

you can mention it in the investigations list - no need to waste precious time trying to elicit it.

Hi Sumie,
I agree with Drvic .As u have to examine the whole nervous system checking out BP will take 2 or 3 min of ur precious time.Dont forget to mention it in th einvestigations.

After all the whole refilling thing depends upon BP measurement
