Hello everyone!
Just wanted to know how important is Emergency medicine for step 2 and the level of difficulty of the question?....
Should I actually sit down and solve all the 500 Qs of the Pretest book that I have??
Suggestions will be appreciated...?

According to the level of importance
Medicine including Emegency Medicine lies first then Pediatrics,OBG, Surgery,Psychiatry.
But still not sure about the ammount of time to be spend specifically on EM

It saves your butt in real life situation !
Who cares if the exam does not ask EM but you have to deal with chest pain your whole life !
